Our History
Solution Toolbox was born out of necessity in 2007 by parent company Merchant Service Center, an industry leader in credit card processing. As a credit card processor, Merchant Service Center provided small and medium sized businesses with ability to accept credit card payments via the internet, phone and credit card terminals.
By popular demand, Merchant Service Center formed a web division in an effort to bridge the gap between credit card processing and web development. This quickly transformed into a custom development operation. Overwhelmed by the complexities, overhead and management of running a custom development business, the idea of Solution Toolbox was born.
In April of 2008, Merchant Service Center split from its “web division” and officially formed Solution Toolbox.
Today
Solution Toolbox has transformed into a software provider for web developers and designers. We are focused on simplifying the web development process through our line of hosted applications. We are proud to state that our product line is a result of customer feedback and market demand.
Mission
We leverage technology in order to offer a product platform and service that provides customers with a means to produce and manage a web presence. This platform empowers clients, through control and flexibility, with a way to reduce their efforts therefore freeing up resources - while not hindering their business goals or vision. The product platform and service solve numerous business needs, thus saving customers time and money. We strive to induce peace of mind through customer service, relations and support.
